Air Task Force Romania – RCAF
Royal Canadian Air Force, as NATO member, takes part in rotational deployments being part Air Policing mission as Air Task Force Romania. It is the same this year (2021) - 6x CF-18 aircraft and more than 150 soldiers are present in Mihail Kogălniceanu AFB with maintaining 24h readiness to protect NATO Eastern Flank. Thanks to fantastic cooperation with Canadian and Romanian Air Force, we had an opportunity to take a closer look for everyday tasks of contingent and their mission
