On 8-9 September 2012 , once again at the airport near Duxford airshow held . An unusual sunny weather on both days made with the party there are crowds of people (about 100,000 each day) .
Show began flight of four F- 15C Eagle from RAF Lakenheath , then presented a very popular pair of tornadoes Gr4 simulated attack ground targets . The next point shows a common passage of two F -16 with a pair of Vampire with Norwegian Historic Flight. Then, in the air there was a mixed formation of a De Havilland Rapide , Antonov An -2 and Fairy Swordfish . Also caught the attention of viewers excellent display of acrobatics performed by aircraft Bücker Jungmann school . There were also regulars : B -17 Flying Fortress , Catalina and T- 28 . Classic jets Folland Gnat was represented by a couple moments later in the air for the last time this year presented the RAF Hawk T1. Always popular air shows – Aerostars – excellent craftsmanship demonstrated in large formation flying Yak -50 . The last item shows were the RAF Red Arrows , who after a hard year, performed in unusual composition of seven aircraft and had completed an excellent weekend of flying.
